St. John's Hospice Casseroles provide food for homeless men in Philadelphia. Casseroles are collected on the fifth Wednesday of the month, approximately four times a year. Recipes and pans are picked up at the Parish Office and the frozen casseroles are left on the back steps of the Parish Office by 10:00 AM on the day listed in the bulletin. All parishioners are welcome to help.
Two weeks a year our parish provides dinner for the guests of St. Mary’s Shelter in Phoenixville. Volunteers are asked to prepare a family-style meal and deliver it to the Shelter. Specific details about meals are arranged by the coordinator.

Rosary Makers Guild is open to anyone who enjoys crafts and wants to put their skills to work for those in need. Meetings are at 9:00 AM in the Church Hall on the first Friday of each month. Rosaries can be made at home by those who want to participate but can’t attend meetings. Rosaries are distributed to our parish, school, local hospitals, nursing homes, to the Philadelphia Archdiocese, to missionaries and to those in the armed services.

Prayer Shawl Group is open to anyone who enjoys knitting or crocheting. Prayer Shawls are given to shelter, comfort and give solace to the recipient. It enfolds the wearer in a warm, tangible hug. Meetings are held the third Monday of the month at Noon in the Church Hall.
