St. Ann Parish is receiving orders for personalized walkway pavers lining the prayer garden at St. Ann Cemetery.  Your paver can be purchased in memory of a loved one, or in honor of someone special in your life for a birthday, wedding, communion, graduation, etc. or simply to have your name included at the prayer garden.

Each paver costs $100 and measures 6 x 9 inches long with (up to) 3 lines of lettering. Proceeds from paver sales will help defray maintenance and improvement costs at the Cemetery.

Order forms are available at the Parish Office where you can pay by check or you may fill in the form below and pay online, by check or credit card. A separate form must be used for each paver.
