Saint Ann Parish Religious Education Registration 2025--2026
- Please complete the registration form below. Payments may be made at the end of the form by check or credit card. Cash or check payments, made out to Saint Ann Parish, may be mailed or dropped off to the Parish Office at 502 S. Main Street, Phoenixville, PA 19460. If payment is not made at the time of registration, you will receive an email reminder with a link for payment.
- Only one form is needed per family. You will be prompted for the number of children you are registering.
- Tuition rates for 2025-2026 are as follows: $150 for one child, $250 for two children, and $370 for three children.
- A $50 late fee assessed per family after June 30th.
- If registering a child for the first time, you must send the following to the Parish office:
  - A copy of the child's Baptismal Certificate if the child was not baptized in Saint Ann Parish.
  - A copy of the child's First Penance and/or First Communion certificates, if applicable.
  - Information from a prior Religious Education Program, Parish or Regional Catholic School, or Catholic Academy if your child is entering level two or above
